Reasonably priced and beautifully maintained room with 2 double beds. Good location, short walk to restaurants in the Lastarria district and cafes within a 6-block radius. Excellent food available.

Had a very good stay for two nights. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, right by central Santiago, and museums, theater, Plaza de Armas, Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral. Within walking distance of everything. The staff was excellent and always on disposal.

Air conditioning is installed later - unfortunately, the sleeper gets the cold air directly beside/diagonally under the air conditioning also at night - here, the bed should be put differently. Beds were much too soft for us (worn out?) because if you turn around and make the head end to the foot end it is not so soft. we had a room on the 4th floor. On the 5th floor there is a roof terrace and here is from 18 - 23 o'clock happy hour with music and karaoke (our room was diagonally below) - additionally there is a big white tent on the street and there was music from 13 - 18 o'clock. After we have criticized this at least the music on the roof terrace became substantially quieter.

Standard king room with comfortable bed, coffee, for example accommodated us perfectly. The staff was all fabulous. The location was great and absolutely perfect for walking around an esteemed theater. It was also set close to an underground station❤

The location was good. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and attractions.

The elevator - only one was working and so had to wait a while for the next one, or climb up/down the stairs and we were on the 6th floor. In the working one, I was stuck in between floors at one point! Also, oddly enough, the hotel didn't have a proper business center (there was just a laptop near the front entrance) even though it seemed like a business hotel. Lastly, it's a bit of a trek to the gym/pool; had to transfer to another wing of the hotel.

The room was of excellent quality and had easy access to public transportation, as well as complimentary tea and coffee.

Pool wonderful, breakfast very good and good selection. Location perfect for access to metro and walk into shops and old part of town. No bother from street noise. Comfortable beds. Negotiated transfer cost to port before arrival and glad I did, another member of staff wanted to charge 50$ more, but had recorded email!!! Very professional transfer even provided internet in the car.

Room very dark, because of lack of lighting furnishings and dark wood, but that is down to preference.

Location: the hotel was just off many "must see" places and the metro station, downtown shops and money exchange and recommendations for others nearby.

Gorgeous place with excellent friendly and smart staff at the reception desk. Generous-sized and nicely furnished room with a magnificent view of the Andes from the window. Excellent and unbeatable location, a short walk to everywhere.

Breakfast was exceptional, bed was very comfortable, staff helpfull. Unfortunately I did not have time to use all the facilities offered, but will for sure next time
